Overthrow is the trading name of Overthrow Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14248666, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We're the data controller for the personal data described here. If you have questions, email info@overthrow.co.

When you use our contact form: your name, email address, website, and whatever you tell us in your message. When you email or speak with us: the contents of that correspondence. When you browse the site: pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies only with your consent.

To reply to your enquiry and prepare for a first conversation, on the basis of legitimate interests: you've asked us to get in touch. To deliver work if you become a client, on the basis of the contract between us. To understand how the site is used, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for automated decision-making.

Enquiries that don't become client work: 30 days, then deleted. Client records: for as long as the contract requires, then six years for legal and accounting purposes. Analytics data: 14 months.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our business. They process data only on our instructions: Cloudflare, which hosts the site, checks form submissions for spam with its Turnstile check, and sends them to us by email; Google Workspace, for our email; Google, for Tag Manager and Analytics; and CookieYes, which records your cookie choice. The site itself doesn't store what you send through the form: it goes straight to our inbox. Some providers are based outside the UK. Where data leaves the UK, it's protected by the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified under it, or by the UK's International Data Transfer Addendum to the standard contractual clauses in the provider's data processing terms.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email info@overthrow.co. We'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We use essential cookies to make the site work. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies to see how the site is used. Nothing is sent to Google Analytics until you accept. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings button on any page.
